Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is in a superb location, very clean and comfortable rooms, with extremely friendly staff. The dining experience was above average. However, the service was a bit pricey. Overall, great value for money.
The hotel has spacious rooms with a good shower, but lacks soundproofing as hallway noise and issues with door usage were noticeable. The location is excellent, right next to a tram stop and a Lidl for convenience, close to attractions and restaurants. The service is incredibly friendly and helpful. The dining options are good with a self-serving cappuccino machine, but somewhat limited. However, the space is too small for a family room and lacks luggage storage.
The hotel had larger rooms than many European cities we've stayed in, which was convenient as our bags fit easily. The two single beds pushed together were clean and comfortable, although being directly outside the lift could get noisy. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The location, while not central, was ideal with easy tram access to all desired places. The dining experience exceeded expectations with great breakfast options, especially the fresh croissants. Overall, a great value for money stay in Amsterdam.
I couldn't ask for a better location: close to the city center without the high prices, with excellent accessibility to attractions. The rooms were immaculately clean with a pleasant canal view, but the room temperature was a bit too warm and it was not soundproof. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Paul from Peru, who went above and beyond. While the dining options were good with a variety of choices, I wish they had more breakfast selections. Overall, a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean and quiet, lacked sufficient space for storage, especially bedside. The service was friendly and helpful. The location, while easily accessible by tram and near downtown, lacked enough seating at breakfast. The dining options were decent, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel rooms were actually bigger than we anticipated, which was a nice surprise, offering more than enough room for my husband and myself. The location was fabulous, very close to the tram station, making it easy to access the city center. The dining experience was awesome, with abundant variety and delicious options. However, it required a bit of a walk to town. Overall, a great value for money stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great central location making it easy to explore the city by foot. The rooms, albeit a bit smaller than usual, were spotless and had a cozy bed. The service was exceptional, especially accommodating our large group, and the location, while slightly out of the town center, offered a vibrant atmosphere with affordable dining options nearby. The dining experience was decent, with a variety of breakfast choices available. Overall, the value for money was good, and I enjoyed my time at the hotel.
The hotel offers a spacious and bright room for 330EUR, located on the ground floor, comfortable for two persons with 28" and 24" TVs. The service is exceptional with kind and helpful staff across the reception, restaurant, and housekeeping. The location is fantastic, easily accessible by tram and within walking distance of major attractions. The dining experience is fulfilling with a variety of food options. The facilities meet expectations, providing a great overall experience.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were extremely clean and had a beautiful view of the canal, making my stay very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great, just by a canal where the hop on/off boat stops, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The dining experience was good with a decent variety of options. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
The hotel had pleasant rooms, with a cozy feel and reasonable size, though some were a bit small for the price. The location was near perfect for exploring the city, being close to the tram stop, but the coffee machine broke on the first day of breakfast. The dining experience was informative and helpful, with freshly prepared eggs. Overall, a good value for money stay.
